The roses are inside the glass, not painted on the surface.

Each was built up in molten colour at the torch and then encased in a clear outer layer while still glowing — which is why they appear suspended, slightly magnified, and why no two are identical. The glass moves while it is worked, so the flowers can never be repeated exactly.

Set against them are faceted aquamarine rounds in the palest sea green, clear crystal cubes that throw light, and a single luminous focal bead in soft yellow-green at the top.

The contrast is what makes it. Black lampwork is dense and dark; aquamarine is pale and translucent. Together they read as considerably more designed than a single-material bracelet would.

Soft, feminine and quietly formal. This suits a wedding as easily as a Tuesday.
