The lightest piece in the collection, and the most versatile for it.

The body is a single slim strand of translucent pink seed beads punctuated with emerald green — fine enough to knot cleanly without bulk. The interest is saved entirely for the ends: black lampwork glass barrels banded in copper and gold leaf, each finished with a small green glass teardrop.

Lampwork beads are formed one at a time in an open flame, the metallic banding worked into the molten glass rather than painted on afterward. They catch light in a way printed or coated beads never do.

Because the strand is slender and the drops are modest, this wears easily in daylight — over a white blouse, a linen dress, a plain tee. It knots at any height and doubles into a shorter layered look without weight.

The pink-and-green pairing is deliberate and will not go unnoticed by everyone who sees it.
