Faceted black and a saturated sunflower yellow, alternating down the drop, each bead caught in a curve of silver wire that alternates direction so the pair reads as a ribbon. There is no third colour and no metal accent doing the mediating — the contrast is the whole design.

Both are faceted, so both throw light, and the yellow in particular goes almost luminous when it catches the sun.

This is a graphic pair rather than a delicate one. It suits a plain black or white outfit, a strong haircut, and not much else. Against a busy print it will fight rather than complement.

Small enough to wear all day, loud enough to be the only thing you put on.
