Sodalite & Lapis Collar with Stone Pendant

Tumbled sodalite and deep blue lapis in alternating shapes form a fitted collar, centered on a flat rectangular sodalite pendant with brass accents. A structured, architectural piece.

$118.00

This one is built rather than strung.

The collar alternates tumbled sodalite — that mottled blue-and-white stone that looks like weather from above — with deep, saturated lapis in small cylinders. The shapes change deliberately along the strand: rounds, then barrels, then flat rectangles, so the eye keeps moving instead of settling.

It centers on a flat rectangular sodalite slab, left with its natural veining intact rather than cut for uniformity. Small brass accents catch light at intervals.

The result sits close to the throat and holds its shape, which makes it structural in a way most beaded necklaces are not. It wants a plain neckline — a crew, a boat neck, an open collar — and very little else.

Sodalite and lapis are both natural stone, so the blues will vary piece to piece.
